•   Laundry and cleaning products which are phosphate-free, plant-based, pH neutral,
     greywater/septic safe and free from caustics, ammonia and chlorine

•   100% CFL bulbs in guest rooms and public areas

•   Linen-reuse program

•   Paperless night audit

•   Styrofoam-free coffee bar (coming Spring 2010)

•   Post-consumer recycled office supplies including paper, file folders, pens and storage
     boxes.
