Deluxe Rooms: Deluxe rooms offer sleeping arrangements of one king size or two double beds. These rooms feature new furnishings and amenities. They include a refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock/radio, telephone with data port access, individually controlled A/C/ Heating unit and cable television. Deluxe rooms are ideal for anyone needing to keep items cold during their visit to the beach. We definitely recommend these rooms for guests with small children or anyone with a medical condition requiring their medicine to stay refrigerated. These rooms are typically priced only $10.00 more per night than our standard rooms.

Standard Rooms: Our standard rooms offer sleeping arrangements of one king or two double beds. Our standard rooms do not include refrigerators or microwaves, offer cable television, individually controlled Heat/A/C unit, alarm/clock radio and telephone with data port access. We recommend these rooms for guests with basic lodging needs.

Specialty Rooms

Efficiency Apartments: Our efficiency apartments were designed with both functionality and style in mind. These rooms offer two double beds and a sitting area with a pull-out sofa (in select units). These apartments also feature a full granite kitchen, granite breakfast bar, range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Also included is a alarm/clock radio, cable television, individual climate control and telephone with dataport access. We highly recommend these rooms for families and budget conscious guests which can benefit from the convenience of their own kitchen.

King Suites: Our beautiful king suites feature separate sleeping and living accommodations and a balcony overlooking Rehoboth Avenue. The bedroom offers a king size bed, cable television, alarm clock/radio and telephone with data port access. The living room features lounge chair, sleeper sofa, cable television and telephone with data port access. The suite's full granite kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dining area. These suites are the perfect choice for those preferring extra space, privacy and kitchen conveniences.

Double Suites: These double suites offer a sleeping arrangement with two double beds and a separate living room with a pull-out sofa and alarm/clock radios. There is a refrigerator and microwave in each room with an added bar sink in the living room. The double suites also offers 1 1/2 baths between the two rooms as well as two televisions with cable access and separate telephone lines. With two separate rooms, the double suite is ideal for families, small groups or anyone wanting extra space.
