• Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.
• Dog Policy
We accept dogs during the off season from opening to May 20th and not again until the first Tuesday after Labor Day. There is an extra $25.00 per night, per dog fee. There is a limit of 2 dogs per room. Designated rooms only.
• Cancellations & Changes Policy
The Atlantis Inn has a 7-day cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. If you provide more than 7 days’ notice, your deposit is refundable less a $25 service fee. ($25 per room is more than 1 room is reserved.)
• No refunds for early departures
• We do not allow smoking inside the hotel. There will be a $250.00 extra cleaning fee charged to the card on file for violating the policy.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $20.00 charge plus tax for each additional person in the room 12 years and over.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. If paying with cash a credit card is required. Checks are only accepted for advance deposits and must be received at least 10 days before the arrival date.
• Must be 21 years or older to stay without adult supervision.
